There is a lovely open plan kitchen/dining room with newly fitted units, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The dining table extends to seat six. Double doors lead into a bright, spacious sitting room with comfortable seating for six, together with a wall mounted flame effect electric fire. One of the sofas opens out to provide a sofa bed, suitable for adults or children. There is a 32" Smart HD television with built-in DVD player and a wireless speaker dock. Free Wi-Fi. Some DVDs and family games are available.

The master bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe and bedside drawers. The second bedroom is fitted with full size bunk beds, suitable for children, teenagers or even adults, together with a small wardrobe and chest of drawers. The adjacent bathroom is modern and has been recently fitted with a shower bath, with overhead shower, luxury basin and heated towel rail. There is a separate toilet with a hand basin.
